Looking for more energy and longevity with his family about 15 years ago, Troy Barnum decided it was time for a change. That lifestyle change included losing weight to increase energy levels and allow him to keep up with his growing family. His success inspired Troy and his wife, Norma, to purchase Payson Total Fitness about two and a half years ago so they could help others succeed as they had.
