r OREM – Terra Mia Restaurant announced the Grand Opening of their newly remodeled restaurant located at 1050 South 750 East in the University Place shopping center with Free Pizza and Free Lasagna on Friday December 1.

After extensive remodeling and updating, the new Terra Mia Restaurant is proud to offer its customers a nicer, more modern interior space to make their dining experience more pleasant and relaxing. The new interior also comes with a new menu with pricing and menu choices meant to tantalize even the most selective palate.

“All of my experience in the restaurant business has been put into this remodel and I know our customers will not only love the new space, they will also love the new menu items and selections,” states Ernesto Lo Russo, owner and CEO of the Terra Mia restaurant group.r“Our Neapolitan-style pizzas are made fresh, right in front of your eyes and cooked in our special wood-burning stove,” Mr. Lo Russo continues. “With only the finest Italian ingredients and with real Italian chefs preparing our food, we offer Italian dining at its highest level.”

The new restaurant interior features casual seating for those who wish to dine in the comfort of the warm, inviting space. Booth seating, couch groups, cocktail tables and a very nice window-side eating bar make the new layout more inviting and a place for students, families, and business diners to enjoy fine Italian cuisine at excellent prices. There is even a stage where music, comedy, and even some karaoke can happen.

“We have only one goal for our diners,” Mr. Lo Russo says with complete sincerity, “And that is for them to not just eat Italian, but to experience Italian like it is in Italy.” With menu changes that reflect the seasons and a staff who desire only to please their guests, the Terra Mia experience is something no other Italian establishment can offer. And now, with the newly updated and upgraded interior, there Is no other restaurant in the Orem/Provo area which can match Terra Mia’s style and fast casual approach to serving local residents.

“We ask all our old customers and new customers to come and experience our food and atmosphere and we’re happy to serve them free Pizza and Lasagna to celebrate this important and momentous occasion in our restaurant’s history,” Mr. Lo Russo states. “We are right across from the Cinemark Theaters in the University Mall, so we are easy to find … just let your nose for fine Pizza and Italian food lead the way!”
