SPANISH FORK — The Berlin Candy Bomber, Gail S. Halvorsen, will be meeting friends new and old and dropping “Candy Bombs” at the Spanish Fork Airport (2050 N. 300 W.) at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 7.

The Gail S. Halvorsen Aviation Education Foundation would like to invite you to join us for a morning with the Candy Bomber! The event is being held to raise awareness for our goal to build the Gail S Halvorsen Aviation Education Center.

Come and bring the family (and camp chairs to sit on) and join us for the pre-show entertainment at 9:15, followed by the candy drop by Gail at 10:00 am. Afterward, depending on how our favorite 97 1/2-year-old is feeling, there will be an opportunity to meet Gail and have your picture taken with him!
