r Hello, my name is Dylan from Springville, Utah. About four years ago Springville had one of the best Carnivals around. The Springville City Council decided that they needed to get a new carnival because the one that would come every year was not clean. The next year they hired a new Carnival but this one is not as fun. It has very little adult rides and the prices are very high. I just want to let Springville know that they need to get a new carnival if they want anyone to show up.
